I pulled one of the Yukon Gold Potatoes today
and got all of 5 mini potatoes for it! 😭
I guess when the tag said 100 days it likely meant from when the seed potato actually sprouted. Given I planted on April 27th, and they didn’t sprout until a month later, they were only in the dirt for ~63 days.

Planted some carrots
As for the newly opened up container, there is enough time to try out one of the 60 day duration carrots. I scattered some of the Carnival Blend Carrot.
